Viewing Organization Members

You can view everyone associated with your organization from your dashboard. The system categorizes users into two main groups:

  1. Active Users: Members who have accepted their invitations and currently have access to the organization.

  2. Pending Invites: People who have been sent an invitation but haven't accepted it yet.

Regularly checking your pending invitations helps you identify team members who might need a reminder to join the platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel an invitation after sending it?

Yes. If you sent an invite to the wrong email address or changed your mind, navigate to the Pending Invites tab and click the Revoke button next to the invitation.

What happens if an invitation expires?

Invitations typically expire after 7 days for security reasons. If a team member misses the window, you will need to send them a new invitation following the standard process.

Can a user belong to multiple organizations?

Absolutely. A single user account can be invited to and switch between multiple organizations. Their role and permissions are scoped strictly to the organization they are currently viewing.
